Picked on the tea plants of the nature reserve of the WuYi Mountains, this blue tea from China is one of the most famous Oolong. With idyllic climate conditions, the leaves are much thicker. Red, they are rolled and pressed before being slightly fermented. Naturally soft and fruity, this infusion frees a wooden fragrance, with notes of cooked fruits. Low in theine, Oolong Qilan can be drank at any time of the day.

Always use fresh water. Boil and leave to cool for a minute before pouring over the tea bag. Allow to infuse for 1-3 minutes. The rest is up to you.
