A thick, tomato-based sauce with a mild and herby sweet flavour to complement Moroccan or Vegetarian Meatballs
Water, Tomatoes (28%), Onions, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Paste (4%), Garlic (2%), Pimento, Coriander Leaf, Modified Maize Starch, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Chillies, Aniseed, Cumin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)
1 Brown 10 - 12 meatballs for 5 mins. Drain off excess oil. 2 Adds sauce. Reduce heat, cover and cook over a low heat for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through. 3 Serve with couscous, rice, pasta or warm flatbread. Tip! Garnish with fresh coriander and a dollop of sour cream. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
