Fruisana is 100% fruit sugar (fructose), which is found naturally in most fruits and honey. It provides a perfect low glycaemic alternative to cane sugar and a stable source of energy without causing the energy high's and low's normally experienced from sugar consumption. Almost twice as sweet as sugar so you use less, Fruisana also enhances the flavours of other ingredients - in particular fruit and chocolate, which makes it ideal for cooking with.
