We're glad you asked! Our coconut oil is rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT), which are used to make energy in the liver. Because its naturally high in lauric acid, sugar free, has 0% cholesterol and no carbohydrates, its perfect for vegan and ketogenic (keto) diets.
