Standard delivery is either £3.99 or £5.99 throughout the UK (weight-dependent) and weight-based charging for Europe and Rest of World.

Missing or Delayed Items

For orders in UK mainland, please check your tracking information through the Viewport link in your despatch confirmation email. 

For all orders in UK, Europe, America, and the rest of the World, 21 working days must pass from the shipping date before missing item claims can be investigated.

Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of your delivery. Your report must include information regarding how many items have been damaged, the nature of the damage incurred, and images of the outer packaging, the items that have incurred the damage, and the shipping label. Without all necessary information and images, a claim will not be able to be processed.

The above applies to both Domestic (UK) and International deliveries.
