Delivery Details

All orders placed between Monday-Friday are despatched within 24 hours (cut-off time for 24-hour despatch on Friday is 10am).

UK and Europe

Free second class delivery on orders over £50 within the UK. 

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail 1st Class, which holds a delivery estimate of 1-3 days for orders in the UK, and 3-6 days for orders in the rest of Europe.

Standard delivery is £3.99 throughout the UK and weight-based charging for Europe.

Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery

This service is only available on orders in the UK and offers two options – before 1pm and Saturday next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 10am will be despatched the following day. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday under this service will be despatched Friday and delivered Monday - unless the Saturday next-day delivery option is selected, in which case you will receive your item on Saturday morning. 

Note for non-UK customers:

Vitalifehealth.com will not be liable for any customs seizures. Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to us. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given under these circumstances.

Americas and Rest of World

Standard delivery is offered in these areas with the charge being based on the overall weight of your order.

The delivery estimate on this service is 5 days, but may take anything up to 3 weeks.

Orders to these areas are un-trackable and uninsured. Therefore vitalifehealth.com is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments.

Missing or Delayed Items

For orders in UK mainland, 14 working days days must pass from the shipping date, before claims for missing items can be investigated.

For orders in Europe and the Rest of the World, 21 working days must pass from the shipping date before missing item claims can be investigated.
