Helen’s Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcake Mix is made without wheat and gluten free. Makes 12 cupcakes.

Light, moist and really chocolatey, no one will ever guess that these cupcakes are gluten free. Just add eggs and butter and a little water and in less than 10 minutes you can have the cupcakes in the oven.

When baked and cooled, top with the buttercream recipe on the pack or simply dip in melted chocolate.

Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (25%), Rice Flour, Raising Agents: Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornflour, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.
