Sea salt, hydrolised vegetable protein (with soya), potato starch, palm oil, vegetables (7.4%- celery, onions, carrots, leeks), lactose, spices (turmeric, white pepper, garlic. mace, nutmeg), parsley, lovage.

As stock- 4tsp per litre.

As seasoning- Sprinkle lightly to enhance the flavour of all savoury dishes.

As a hot drink- 1tsp per cut of boiled water. A delightful beverage with onuy 12 calories per cup.
