A traditional herbal medicinal product used for the short term relief of occasional constipation, based on traditional use only.

Each sachet contains: 50%w/w Tinnevelly Senna Leaf, 8%w/w Frangula Bark

Adults & the elderly: half a level teaspoonful in a cup of boiling water at night or morning when required. Allow to stand for 15 minutes and make sure it is cool before drinking.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

Use for more than 1-2 weeks requires medical supervision.

Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.

Do not store above 25 degrees C. Store in original packaging.

Do not use:

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
If you have bowel or stomach problems
If you are under 18 years of age
If past the expiry date

Consult your doctor:

If symptoms persist or worsen
If there is no bowel movement after 3 days
