Al Fez falafel mix is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Perfect accompanied with pitta bread and salad - these falafels will bring authentic Moroccan spice and flavour to your table with very little effort in the kitchen.

With a chickpea base, these falafels are sumptuously crispy on the outside with a soft, fluffy and aromatic centre. Yum!

Chickpea Flour (54%),Breadcrumbs ,Seasoning (Sodium Bicarbonate, Wheat Flour, Cumin, Rusk (Wheat), Garlic Powder, Salt, Parsley, Yeast Extract Powder, Dextrose, Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Mustard, Cumin, Pepper, Salt, Ginger, Cardamom, Spice Extracts) ,Onion (13%) ,Parsley

1. Pour contents of pack into a bowl.

2. Add 170ml of cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 2-3 mins.

3. Spoon into golf-ball size nuggets and fry in hot oil for 20-30 secs or until golden br own.

4. Drain off excess oil and serve warm
