Better Than Noodles is made from konnyaku, it is a gluten and dairy free organic alternative to regular noodles. It contains only 9 calories and 0g of carbohydrates (per 100g serving).

It is made from Juroat, a special blend of Organic Konnyaku flour and Organic oat fibre.

Better Than Noodles look a lot more like traditional noodles compared to other konnyaku noodles.

Suitable for Organic diets, Coeliacs, Diabetics, Vegans and Vegetarians.

1. Drain water from pack and rinse noodles under cold water.
