Mixers:

Although Bumble Zest are designed to be taken as a shot you can dilute the whole bottle with about 250ml of water for a refreshing drink.

We suggest using filtered tap water as it is free, environmentally friendly and does not come in a container.

This recipe also tastes great with Soda/Sparkling water, Coconut water, Almond Milk or Rice Milk.

Ideal Temperature: The best temperature for this drink is chilled or diluted with cold water.

It can also be enjoyed as a shot at room temperature or mixed with hot water for a winter warmer.

When to Drink:

Anytime of the day is a good time for a health boost, however this recipe is particularly beneficial first thing in the morning, if you have had a night out and over indulged. It will help to kick start your digestive system and help detox and cleanse. Ideally wait 20-30 minutes before or after eating so these nutrients have plenty of time to work their way into your body. This way there is no interruption in the digestion process and all the vital nutrients can easily make their way into your cells.

Cocktail Suggestion:

'Black Magic' (Mocktail option) - This recipe is delicious served with lots of ice,100 ml of Soda/Sparkling Water, 35/60 ml of Gin or Vodka (both optional) and a generous top of Prosecco (optional). Ideally served in a tall glass, with a steel straw and a slice of apple.
