Clearspring Organic Instant Noodle Broth 250ml.

This concentrated stock or Tsuyu is an umami rich, flavourful and versatile seasoning. The combination of Shiitake mushroom extract, soya sauce and mirin creates a deep and delicious savoury flavour with a hint of sweetness.

Soya sauce* (43%) (water, whole soya beans*, whole wheat*, sea salt), water, corn malt syrup* (corn*, sprouted barley*, water), mirin* (glutinous rice*, water, malted rice*, rice*), sea salt, kombu shiitake dashi (kelp and mushroom extract) (3%).
