Clearspring Gluten Free Power Porridge is made with nutty buckwheat flakes, wholegrain white quinoa and chia seeds which are naturally rich in Omega 3. Specially blended for its flavour and nutritional characteristics, this creamy, hearty and warming porridge is the perfect way to start your day. Delicious on its own or topped with malt syrup, fruit puree or seasonal fresh fruits. Helping you stay fuller for longer.

Ingredients: buckwheat flakes* (55%), quinoa* (35%), chia seeds* (10%) *organically grown

For one serving, mix 40g of Power Porridge with 150ml of soya or rice milk. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Alternatively use almond or coconut milk for a more creamy, slightly nutty flavour.
