Creative Nature Organic Chia and Cacao Brownie Mix 400g

Unrefined Cane Sugar*, Brown Rice Flour*, Cacao Powder* (13%), Chocolate Chips* (Cocoa Mass*, Coconut Sugar*, Cocoa Butter*) (9%), Chia Seeds* (4%), Baking Powder (Grape Juice Concentrate Extracts*, Cornstarch*, Sodium Bicarbonates), *Certified organic ingredients

Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
Soften the butter slightly in the microwave.
Add all of the ingredients and the contents of this packet to a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start off slowly so the flour doesn't go everywhere!)
Line a brownie/baking tin with grease-proof paper and carefully spoon the mix into it.
Bake between 20-25 mins, then remove and cool before eating.
For fan assisted ovens, cooking time may vary.
