Eat Wholesome Organic Curried Jackfruit is a plant-based meat alternative. When cooked, it resembles pulled chicken, pork or beef.

Wholesome jackfruit meat alternatives are marinated in herbs, spices and coconut for a truly meaty flavour and texture. With 100% natural ingredients, they are all organic, gluten free, soy-free, vegan and ready in less than 10 minutes!

How to cook

Remove jackfruit from pouch and add to a pan at medium heat. To prevent sticking, stir occasionally and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the jackfruit starts to brown.

Burger - Add cooked jackfruit to burger bun with salad leaves, sliced tomato and avocado. Optional: Add gherkins or sauerkraut for extra deliciousness. Serve immediately.

Taco - Add cooked jackfruit to warm tortilla with sliced avocado, black beans and shredded red cabbage. Top with 1 tsp natural vegan yoghurt. Optional: Top with chopped coriander.

Buddha Bowl - Add cooked jackfruit to bowl with rice, sliced avocado, salad leaves, shredded carrots and roasted chick peas. Top with chopped spring onions. Mix and enjoy.

Refrigerate after opening and best eaten within 3 days.
