A new omega-3, all Icelandic natural fish oil with a hint of orange flavour. Pleasant taste and made from fully sustainable herring. Daily dosage contains natural oil with 620mg of EPA and 760mg of DHA + vitamins A, D and E.

Herring fish oil, natural orange flavour, natural mixed tocopherols as antioxidant, vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Recommended daily dosage is two teaspoons (10ml) for adults, one (5ml) for children 1-12 years old, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not exceed stated dosage. Keep out of sight and reach of children. This is a food supplement which should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied, healthy diet. Best consumed alongside food. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and in a refrigerator up to 3 months after opening the bottle. When stored in a refrigerator, some white crystals may appear. This is conventional and does not affect the quality of the product.
