Wheat free made with sour dough, and nutritious quinoa and amaranth.

This bread is made for Biona by a family-owned bakery in Muensterland, Germany. Established in 1927, the bakery uses traditional artisan skills-freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet. Amaranth and quinoa are native to South America and both have a high protein content.

Wholegrain Rye Meal*, Water, Natural Sourdough*(Wholegrain Rye Meal*, Water) , Amaranth* (4%), Quinoa* (4%), Sea Salt.

*certified organic ingredients Sourdough is made from whole rye flour, rye meal and water.

Once opened treat as fresh bread, store in an air-tight container and consume within 3-4 days. To ensure maxium life span we advise that you also refrigerate the bread.
