Just Wholefoods’ Lemon Jelly is a gelatine-free treat suitable for all the family! Incredibly easy to make, this sweet dessert will bring a bit of zest to many wobbly wonders.

And even better, this vegan jelly is made without palm oil, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners – woop!

We love this Lemon Jelly in magnificent mini tarts, or simply served with mango and pineapple for those summer holidays vibes.

Raw Cane Sugar, Gelling Agents (Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum), Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Flavour (0.7%), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Citrate), Natural Colour (Curcumin).

1. Empty the sachet into a measuring jug.
2. Make up to 1 pint (568ml) with boiling water.
3. Stir until fully dissolved.
4. Pour into a bowl or mould.
5. Leave to cool, then chill in the fridge until set.
