Dried Textured SOYA Protein (45%), Breadcrumbs (32%) [Fortified WHEATflour (WHEATflour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Yeast, Salt], Flavourings (contain BARLEY), WHEAT Gluten, Palm Oil, Dried Parsley, Onion Powder,Stabiliser (Methylcellulose, Dried Sage, Ground Black Pepper.

All cooking appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only. Preheat the oven to 200°C /180°C / Gas Mark 6. Empty the contents of the sachet into a medium sized bowl. Add 250ml of cold water, stir well and leave to stand for 5 minutes, until the mixture has thickened. Using lightly floured hands shape into 6 sausages. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Alternatively heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the sausages over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.
