Organic Red Lentil Flour, Chickpea Flour, Green Pea Flour

Boil the "Rice Style" Tri-colore Legumes in salted water for approximately 3 minutes. Slice the vegetables into cubes and cook in a separate pan in salted water. Drain and cool in cold water. Dry and then sauté the vegetables in extra virgin olive oil adding some lemon peel. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the vegetables to the "Rice Style" Tri-colore Legumes and serve.
