Purple-red organic dulse is the most popular atlantic sea vegetable with its soft texture and naturally rich savoury umami flavour.

Dried sea vegetable (Palmaria palmata)*. *organically grow

Requires prior hydration and/or boiling. Without prior preparation it can be ground with mortar and pestle and then it can be used as a condiment and baked as an appetizer. Submerge in water for 5 minutes. Once hydrated, its dry weight increases x5. Boil for 15 minutes and use as garnish for fish or meat. Preparation of soups, scrambles, croquettes, pies, rice and pasta.
