A high quality everyday balsamic vinegar from Modena. Balsamic vinegars divide into vintage, that are aged like precious whisky, and everyday vinegars. Modena and the balsamic tradition are said to strech all the way back to the days of Rome. To obtain the prestigious Modena denomination you need to obey a whole sets of rules from the Consortium but even with that quality substitution became prevalent so a group of the best manufacturers have come up with a reference standard from 1 to 4 leaves. We chose the 4 leaves.

Wine Vinegar (53.3%), Concentrated Grape Must (44.8%), Cooked Grape Must (1.7%).
