Glebe Farm gluten free mixes are suitable for coeliacs and give excellent results everytime.

The recipes are created by Rebecca Rayner who tests the mixes in the Glebe Farm Kitchen to ensure they are easy to use and most importantly taste delicious!

Sugar, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Ground Ginger, Gluten Free Baking Powder (Acid Sodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Xanthan Gum.

Bread Machine:
Melt 175g (6oz) margarine then pour into bread pan. Add 3 eggs and Cake Mix. Put on dough mix setting for 5 mins then bake setting cook for 50 mins. Cool in pan before gently removing.

Butter Icing (optional):
Soften 75g (3oz) butter or margarine. Add 175g (6oz) sifted icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix well and spread. Dust top with icing sugar.

Dairy & Egg Free:
Use 'Oven Bake' recipe with soya/non-dairy margarine and egg replacement powder.

Store in a cool dry place.
