Scrumptious Gluten Free Shortbread biscuit and deliciously indulgent caramel with a milk chocolate flavour topping.

Shortbread biscuit:

Potato starch, salted butter, cornflour, icing sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (vegetable oil, water, salt), liquid whole free range egg, ground almonds, invert sugar syrup, xanthan gum, almond flavour.

Caramel (30%): Sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk (12%), water, unsalted butter, golden syrup, vegetable oil, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin.

Chocolate flavour coating (26%): Sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, whey powder, fat reduced cocoa powder (8.5%), emulsifier: soya lecithin.

Contains milk, soya, egg and almonds. May contain traces of other nuts.
