A traditional blend of buckwheat and wheat flour with the additional health benefits of Japanese 'Matcha' green tea. A delicious tasting healthy noodle, great in hot and cold dishes.

Organic wheat flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic green tea (3%), water.

Bring two cups of water (500ml) to the boil,
Add the noodles and stir with fork after one minute
Reduce heat and add contents of flavour sachet
Cook for further 4-5 minutes or until noodles are just soft
Serve and enjoy!

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
