Mr Organic Org Brown Rice Indian Indica 500 g
Indica is a delicious and versatile long grian brown rice which is rich in nutrients and has a subtle flavour. This makes it perfect for use in a stir fry curry and even soup.
Indica is obtained by subjecting the raw rice to a less rigorous processing cycle which allows it to retain more raw fibre, protein, fats, mineral salts and vitamins compared to white rice. The brown rice is therefore particularly suited to the preparation of macrobiotic recipes, vegetable risotto, rice with sauce, first courses and particularly nutritious special dishes.
