This Food State supplement contains all of the essential B vitamins and also includes several non-B vitamins, specifically vitamin C and magnesium. Vitamin C is included in the this formula because it prevents the oxidation of vitamins B1, B2 and B5. Magnesium is present as it works with B Vitamins to support the nervous system.

Nature`s Own Vitamin B Complex + Vitamin C supplement is in a Food State, which means the nutrients will be presented to your body in the same form as they are in food. Food State nutrients have been tested by independent laboratories, who found that they:

are significantly better absorbed, longer retained and better used than standard chemical supplements;
do not need to be taken with food, as they contain all the necessary food factors needed for absorption;
have no known allergic reactions; and

Vitamin C incorporated in citrus pulp; lactobacillus bulgaricus (from yoghurt) combined with magnesium citrate, inositol, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, and vitamin B12; choline, biotin combined in corn meal concentrate; vegetable stearic acid; folic acid combined in alfalfa concentrate; tablet coating (Vegetable Cellulose).
