The major fat soluble vitamin. Vitamin E is the major fat soluble antioxidant, protecting call membranes from damage by free radicals and is primarily found in vegetable foods. Deep freezing damages vitamin E content in food. Bio-E-Vitamin contains 200iu of d-alpha-tocopherol, the form of vitamin E most effectively used by the body. The capsules are designed to withstand stomach acidity. Sugar, Yeast, Dairy and Gluten free.
