Take 1-2 teaspoons a day straight off the spoon or dissolve in hot water for a warming tasty drink. Can also be mixed in hot milk or herbal tea. Delicious spread on toast as jam or stirred into porridge. A great supplement for children (5-12 years)- half a teaspoon twice a day.
