Crunchy and Light. Traditional Japanese crackers made from glutinous rice and quinoa grains flavoured with soy sauce and other essential seasonings. They can be enjoyed on their own or with dips. The crackers are lightly steamed and then baked, making them low in fat.

Made with soya beans and whole wheat.

This Shoyu soya sauce is made by naturally fermenting whole soya beans in cedar casks for two years, which results in this rich, dark and full bodied soy sauce. Delicious in soup, salad dressings, on rice, vegetables and in oriental cooking.
