Superfruit’s Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is made from black chaga mushroom. The Japanese call chaga “The Diamond of the Forest” and the Chinese say it is the “King of Plants”. Chaga has a mild flavour of vanilla and is ideal for making a nice cup of hot tea. The tea can also be chilled and used as a base in smoothies. Chaga can also be mixed with liquid foods such as porridge or yoghurt.
