Dried blueberries can be eaten as they are - a handful a day. They can be eaten as a snack, mixed into mueslis, smoothies or used in cooking; try sprinkling them over salads. Superfruit's Blueberries are lightly sweetened with apple juice during the drying process to make them more enjoyable. Blueberries that are sweetened with apple juice have a lower GI than blueberries sweetened with real sugar.
