A delicious alternative latte created using Chai spices and enhanced with Reishi mushroom powder. It has a base of coconut milk powder and is sweetened with a little raw crystallised coconut nectar, and makes a frothy, warming and comforting drink. It's made quickly and simply by adding water, meaning you can take and make it anywhere. Chai tea originates in India. It is a centuries-old beverage which has played an important role in many cultures and has become increasingly popular throughout the world. The spices used vary from region to region and from household to household in India, but the most commonly used are cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and pepper. Our latte mix is enhanced with Reishi mushroom. In China and other Eastern societies, Reishi is the most widely used symbol of longevity. Its use dates back 2000 years, with the ancient kings and emperors all consuming Reishi tea and has attained a reputation in the East as the ultimate herbal substance.

Organic Coconut Milk Powder (Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin, stabiliser: Organic Gum Acacia), Organic Raw Crystallised Coconut Nectar, Organic Reishi Mushroom Powder (3%), Organic Chai Spice Mix (Organic Nutmeg, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Cardamom, Organic Ginger, Organic Cloves, Organic Black Pepper)

Add one heaped tablespoon (approx 30g) of powder to a standard 250ml mug.
Add a little cold water to the powder and mix to a paste, ensuring there are no lumps.
Top up with hot water and mix well for a deliciously frothy, wholesome hot drink.
TOP TIP: For an extra creamy drink whizz in a blender for a few seconds.
