Each capsule is expertly formulated with the recommended 400 mcg of folic acid in folate form and Vitamin A in the safe, natural form of beta carotene. It also includes natural ocean-derived magnesium and calcium from deep waters off the coast of Iceland. Together's food-based nutrients are raw and complete.
