Ultra Plant Sterols from Vitabiotics provides 1350mg of betasitosterol per three tablets, equivalent to 1500mg of plant sterols. Plant sterols have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol†. High cholesterol is a common health concern as it is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease††.
