Spatone is 100% natural iron supplement. Spatone's iron rich water comes from Snowdonia, North Wales. This iron is naturally in water, so it's easily and gently absorbed by your body. A little sachet with a lot of iron. Packed in convenient daily sachets, ideal to use on the go. Add to fruit juice - iron is more easily absorbed when taken with Vitamin C. One sachet of Spatone Iron Satchets a day or up to two during pregnancy. Spatone is ideally taken diluted in orange juice in the morning on an empty stomach or in between meals.
