OMGTea AA Grade Matcha has been blended using 1st and 2nd harvest leaves and is of a quality on par with ‘ceremonial grade’. As a mid-range market matcha, it is still better quality than most matcha products labelled premium or ceremonial that you will find on the UK market. However, if you truly want the 'best of the best' then you may wish to consider OMGTea AAA + Grade Organic Matcha 30g, which is ideal for those who like a traditionally straight Japanese style. 80g. Vegan. Rich, smooth & sweet flavoured. Bright & vibrant green jade colour. Can be consumed as a tea or latte. A 2019 Great Taste award winning product. Sweet, fresh fruit aroma with grassy undertones. With a fine, smooth texture (may create lumps but this is a sign of quality!). Ground using a traditional granite stone mill, a process that takes more than an hour to grind 30g.

For latte: Place 1/2 heaped teaspoon of matcha into a tea strainer over a mug or bowl to remove any lumps. Add a few drops of 80℃ water and mix to create a paste. Fill with warm milk of choice.
