Chinese Beef Stirfry
What You'll Need
1 Packet of Celebrate Health Chinese Beef Stirfry Recipe Base (175g)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
500g Beef strips or top side Steak, thinly sliced
1 small Onion, cut into thin wedges
1 Red Capsicum, sliced
1 Carrot, sliced
Rice or Noodles as required
Spring Onion, to garnish

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add beef strips and onion, stirfry for 5 minutes or until meat is sealed.
2. Add recipe base, capsicum and carrot.
3. Stir until all ingredients are coated, cover and stirfry on high for 5 minutes or until beef is cooked.
4. Serve with steamed rice or noodles and garnish with spring onions.
