Chocolate Cake Mix No Added Sugar. suitable for Diabetics. Easy to use. makes 2 x 7ich cakes or 2 small loaf sized, or 12 cupcakes. Free from Egg, nuts, Gluten, wheat, soya, dairy. Sugar Free. suitable for Vegans (use oil to bind), or can be made with egg.

Cacao Powder (7%), Gluten Free Plain Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Xylitol (31%), Raising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Inulin Powder (3%), Tapioca Starch, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Xantham Gum, Bicarbonate of Soda.

Preheat your oven: 160c/150c (fan). Gas mark 4.

Empty contents of the Free & Easy Chocolate Cake Mix into a bowl.
Add the milk, egg & oil, and whisk until combined together (if preparing a vegan cake use water & oil).
Pour mixture into prepared tins or cases and bake.
