Ginger Cake Mix Coconut Blossom Sugar. Easy to use. makes 2 x 7ich cakes or 2 small loaf sized, or 12 cupcakes. Free from Egg, nuts, Gluten, wheat, soya, dairy. suitable for Vegans (use oil to bind), or can be made with egg.

Tapioca Starch, Gluten Free Plain Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Coconut Blossom Sugar (47%), Raising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potato Starch, Bicarbonate of Soda, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Directions:

Preheat your oven: 160c/150c (fan). Gas mark 4.
Empty contents of the Free & Easy Ginger Cake Mix into a bowl.
Add the milk, egg & oil, and whisk until combined together (if preparing a vegan cake use water & oil).
Pour mixture into prepared tins or cases and bake.
Please note: The vegan cake recipe will be slightly less fluffy than a mix made with milk & eggs.
