Linwoods Milled Chia Seeds. Chia seed has more FIBRE than any other seed in our healthy super food range and is also a natural source of Omega 3. We have cold-milled the Chia seed to aid quick and easy absorbtion into the body, so you can feel the immediate nutritional benefit in your diet.
